super boo Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the super boo mobile app (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Wellness Notice
The App provides general wellness and self-care support only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional care.
If you are in danger or experiencing an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium access. Current subscription prices and billing periods are shown in the App and on the purchase screen before payment.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where allowed by law.
- Trial and offer eligibility is determined by Apple/StoreKit.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
4. AI Features
If enhanced AI replies are enabled, some message content and related wellness context may be sent to our backend service providers to generate responses. Do not submit information you do not want processed for this purpose.
5. Privacy

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the App.
- Use the App to send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
7. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services including Apple services for in-app purchases. Third-party terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeakeCorp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
